Final reflection.

I think that this course of English V was very useful for my professional life because I could learn a lot about how to make a resume of work, cover letter work and have ideas how to make formal letters to co-workers to solve a common problem.

                Also, I think it was very useful to make a video where a labor problem is resolved focusing on social media ideas, because at some point in my life as a professional same events can occur and it needs ideas to be resolved.

                Finally, I would not change anything about this course, but I like me more activities related to labor problems. My performance in this course has been 9, because I was always very attentive of my activities and to learn from all.

Reflection about my Simulation Discussion:

I liked very much my simulation discussion. It was a very interesting and fun experience. The hardest part was working agreement and put on what to tell everyone of my friends and learn the perfect dialogue to sound good and fluid in the video. Also, there were very funny parts, but the best part was when they had already achieved the goal of winning a quality product and I told my partner he did a good job.

Important aspect:

• -          The first important aspect I saw in this article is that using social media in the workplace brings good benefits for the company, because the fact that employees post on their own social networking aspects about the company where they work, it makes their company more popular. The use of social networks can achieve expand advertising company with minimal effort and cost, also creating different accounts coming from the company and workers can create network marketing and reputation and in turn even make bells marketing where the only cost of a company would be small time and effort to maintain the network.

• -          The second important aspect is that many employees in a company spend a lot of time even hours reviewing their social media and upgrading their profiles to throughout the day, something that directly affects the productivity of the company, also this affects moral of the company, because employees do not appreciate their colleagues for being alone in social networks on work. However, this can be solved by giving a break at lunch hours to check their social networks, making restrictions and reaching agreements not to use these networks during working hours, so they can improve productivity and allow better interaction with colleagues.

• -          A third important aspect is that the use of social media can affect the safety of the company along with the fact of the existence of hackers and viruses that they can disrupt on computers and enterprise system by infiltrating social networking applications. the problem is that everyone has their own where inadvertently be placed confidential business information that they can affect it directly. That’s why companies must implement restricted access also giving freedom to use social networks, educate and train staff about not giving confidential information and not to open strange pages, and finally establish security policies and use.

Having a flawless grammer is important on english business, because in many companies you must take a grammer test, which sometimes you must have a 90% of english knowledge to be accepted. Also, it is important because it helps to make good business and decreases the probabilities to making mistakes at moment to do your work tasks.

Writing my own resume was a great experience to me, because this is the first impression that a company has about you. The hardest part about creating my own resume is using the correct vocabulary and express myself adequately, without talking too much and emphasizing the most important that may interesting to a company, by the other hand, it was a little bit more complicated to reach that everything fits in the same page, also was a little bit hard to pose the skills needed to the job. I would correct the vocabulary and the presentation.
